SCOPE OF SERVICES
These terms apply when you visit perfectpixel.dev and when you commission PerfectPixel to design, write or build a website. Every project is confirmed by its own quote, setting out the scope of work, the number of revision rounds, the timeline and the payment milestones. That quote and these terms form the agreement between us. Any copy, images and data you send must be yours to use. You stay responsible for the accuracy of what is published on the site after handover. We may decline work that breaks Vietnamese law or the rights of a third party.
PAYMENT AND HANDOVER
Projects are usually split into two payments: a deposit before work starts and the balance on handover. Longer projects can be split per stage, agreed in writing first. The timeline starts once the deposit and the necessary copy and images arrive. Late material can push the handover date back by a matching amount of time. At handover you receive the source files, access to hosting and domain, and a short admin guide. Ownership of the finished work passes to you once the final invoice is paid. After the agreed support window, maintenance is arranged separately on request. We may pause work on a site with an unpaid balance. This text is a general template and not legal advice.
