WHAT WE COLLECT
When you send the contact form or request a consultation, we receive what you type in: name, email, phone number, business name and a description of the project. The site also records basic technical data such as browser type, device and the pages you viewed, so we can understand how the site is used. We do not take payment details through the website. Invoices and bank transfers are handled outside the site under the terms of the quote.
HOW WE USE AND STORE IT
The information you send is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, run the project and share updates about work in progress. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties for advertising. Data sits on the infrastructure of the providers we use, including email, hosting and traffic analytics. Contact details are kept for as long as needed to do the work and meet accounting obligations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to admin@perfectpixel.dev.
