Local SEO

Local SEO for Vietnamese small businesses.

So customers in the right area find you on Google instead of only finding competitors.

People searching for a nearby service usually type the area into the query, for example “dental clinic district 7” or “aircon repair Thu Duc”. If your site is a single general introduction page, Google has nothing to understand which areas you serve. State your service areas on the page.

Start with your Google business profile and keep information identical everywhere. Name, address, phone number, and opening hours should match across your website, Google, Facebook, and directories. Inconsistency lowers trust for both Google and customers.

Give each main service its own page instead of one page that lists everything. Each page should answer one specific need, with reference pricing or a price range, turnaround time, and the steps involved.

Add area pages only when you genuinely serve those areas. The content must differ: the location, travel time, and the work you have already done there. Copying one page and swapping the district name is the fastest way to rank nowhere.

Frequently asked questions help both customers and Google. Keep each answer short and direct, using the words customers actually type. This is also the easiest content to keep updating as new questions arrive.

Use structured data for the local business, your services, and the FAQ. It helps Google read the information correctly and sometimes shows extra detail in search results. It does not need to be complex, only accurate and complete.

Real photos of the premises, the products, and the team help both image search and trust. Name the files for what they show instead of a random string, and write short, accurate image descriptions.

Customer reviews are a strong local signal. Ask for a review after the job is done and reply to every one, including the weaker ones. How you respond tells future customers more than anything you write about yourself.

A sitemap and internal links help Google find your service pages. Every important page should be linked from the homepage or the menu, and should not sit more than three clicks deep.

Local SEO is a habit, not a one-time job. Adding one useful page a month and keeping contact details current beats a burst of work followed by months of silence.
